Simple high quality ice cream.
FYI - Stay away from Mouse cakes. Imagine if you take unsalted butter fat and whipped air, sugar and fruit flavoring into. You would have something like a mouse cake, except that mouse cake is made with a lesser quality of fat. Often shortening. ( rendered pig fat - or Crisco )

It's winter season...a warm/hot dessert is in order. Osmanthus flower-scented tangyuan (rice balls) are customary for Winter solstice, Chinese New Year's, and 15 days after that on Yuanxiao.

And I also find that the East Indian dessert Rasmalai is not only delicious and wholesome, it's also readily available in supermarkets in the frozen section. GREAT stuff.
