Will it? Supply chain means it will take time to replace the products we produce. It doesn't just turn on a dime. And from the look of things it's just an opening negotiations tactic. We supply mostly raw materials which they need. Many of their industries also export to us. So in the end there will be a few threats, a negotiation, and the status quo continued.

China is the real target. If Canada joined the USA on that front as a negotiating tactic it would kill any tariffs.
