What the heck is going on with the justice system?
First that lovely couple gets 9 months for their crime against those kids, now.....we release this piece of work!
Martin Ferrier has 60 criminal convictions.....60!Most of his infractions were assault related crimes.While in jail he refused to participate in any programs to address his obvious problems. He was tagged as a high risk reoffender. He's threatened prison staff, including his shrink. He aspires to be the most prolific serial killer since Bernardo. He has shown no remorse, nor has he offered any apologies - he did mention publicly that he will reoffend. Even his own mother plead for him NOT to be released - HIS MOTHER!
Isn't there some sort of law that can keep a maniac like this in jail as a habitual felon or something?
When, not if, but when; this guy reoffends, hopefully nobody has to die - but, when he reoffends I hope the victim or the family will sue the goverment for releasing this clown.
