My thanks to NiteHwk for organizing the TERB party tonight. I had the pleasure to attach a few faces to handles and enjoyed several conversations about a wide variety of things with many of you.

My only negative comment is directed at the management of the Brass Rail. Phooey to you! We had a strong contingent of TERBites out there tonight; without us I doubt that Upper Brass would have been even at 20% of capacity. Yet for all the business we brought the cover charge was reduced from $20 to $15. If cover really needed to be charged, surely it could have been further reduced. Out of principle I only had one drink though I would have enjoyed more.

As much as the Brass Rail is convenient to me, I propose that we don't go there again for a party.

Enough of the negative though. Again, it was a pleasure to meet some of you in person. Kudos to NiteHwk then!

Actually too many gorgeous dancers....could this be possible. Had to say no to about 15 girls who I would definitely get dances from, & I'm pretty picky.
Had some nice dances from Allison.
All in all, a fine night, even though I cut out pretty early.
Actually cover was $20 for me....a bit on the high side.

Hey everyone… Thanks All for coming out. I had a great time! It was nice to see some old faces and meet a few new ones. Don’t ask me any names right now; I’m still half asleep. LOL. I was having such a good time I stayed way later then I expected. Thank heavens I have a friend who lives just near Bloor/St. George so I did not have to travel all the way home. You know when I don’t make it home after a party… Now THAT was a party! Every one was in a good mood and having fun. I too had to turn down a few lovely dancers for VIP time. It was not easy, believe me. Who was the dancer I tipped on stage… anybody remember her name? I just gotta see her again. The Rail use to be like a second home to me. I have not been there for a while though. Now because of this party I’m thinking I just might be a regular there again for awhile. Thanks A Lot Everyone!

As for the door charge issue. I agree… they should have reduced it more. That remains partially my fault as I should have contacted them sooner then I did and negotiated a little stronger. Next time for sure. I did notice that we WERE the crowd last night. And I am sure they will not be able to deny that next time when I point it out to them directly.

I can’t wait for the Secretvenues party March 12th. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon.
