Don't you have to give your ID when you sign up for a phone? I would assume that you'd have to.?
Never dealt with pay as you go or pre-paid phones.

Not in the Rogers store. Just give them a fake name and they don't ask for ID. When you sign remember to sign with the fake name

I just buy a SIM card to use on my regular phone and buy airtime top up at a convenience store with cash. It can't be tracked back to you or reveal any personal info.
