That's one of the better warnings/disclaimers that I've come across. Maybe TERB got one too many legal threats from the religous-right. I remember stumbling upon a site a few years ago that offered the following:

I will admit number 4 does bother me quite a bit.I clear my cache and delete my history everytime I log out however this is a shared computer.I turn on my Google filter(explicit filter) whenever I'm not surfing."Effective method" has a very wide stroke to it.So does "instituted.".I have a 16 and 17 year old.I'd hate to think this could be used against me in the future.If so I'll have to look into another system or go "Terbless"

It`s in the Lounge and if people think it`s a stupid... then simply don`t click on the link. If Fred eliminated all the mindless threads... the board would have 80% of the content eliminated.

You`ve started a couple threads that fit into the exact same category. Here`s one that you could have simply contacted Fred directly to talk about as a paid advertiser.

So may I very politely and gently suggest to you that you tone down some of your responses here on TERB. You are, as you might be able to tell from some of the guys' criticisms of your posts, turning off potential clients. The benefits and exposure you are gaining by being a paid advertiser, are being wiped out when you argue with the guys in here.

Yes its a double standard. But guys can take shots at each other in here and it doesn't matter. The difference is that you are trying to get guys interested in seeing you, in selling a service. So you have to interact with your client base differently than your clients can interact with each other or that you might interact with your friends. I'm not being harsh towards you, really. Don't know what's all the fuss is about, this is quite standard practice in a lot of other websites, legal jargon, should have been done much earlier than now.

You're kidding right? Spelling errors can make a contract null and void??? Not based on my experience, I now even get nailed when I challenge a speeding ticket when they spell my name wrong, in the old days I use to win this all the time, not today.
