I have been scuba diving with lemon and nurse sharks before, they won't bother you if you don't bother them.
However one time diving off the end of the Iguana trail on Isle de Santa Fe, we were on a reef and a silky shark showed up, the dive master wasn't long getting us out of the water.
I stayed on a small sail boat in the Bahamas (actually stayed on the same island Fyre Festival was on) and I've seen some of the things that randomly breach the surface (especially at night) you'd have to be out of your f**king mind to go for a swim in the dark. This story is sad but no matter how drunk I got, there's no way I'd willingly be in that water. Swimming during the day is fantastic. At night? 100% a death trap.

Really Tragic! And stupid at the same time! Guess when you have too much to drink the brain is impaired! I won’t want to be the person who made the dare!
