If you look towards the end of the video, there bear reappears 2 seconds after the push. I think there must be an over hang or roof on the other side. Mom is only looking after her cubs - this teen is lucky the bear didn't fall on her side.

How the heck did that bear and her cub ended up there? Those dogs definitely sensed danger and do what dogs do, but that wasn't a safe scenario for the dogs and the owner...

Saw her being interviewed on CNN. She did what she did to save the dog as it meant everything to her mother. It was an impulse thing to do. I stopped paying attention to her interview but I think she said she started crying about what happened when she was in her house afterwards

Her "fight or flight" mechanism is skewed toward "fight", that's for sure....
