The student is a 17 yo hunky young man. While I think the teacher could've used better judgement and waited until he was at least 18 and out of high-school, I believe it is a disservice to teenagers (especially 16yo+) to treat them as children. I'm sure the young man knew exactly what he was doing, and probably enjoyed himself lots. Charges should be dismissed.

As a man in his 30's, I completely disagree with you on this Alanna. It is not fair that young men these days should have
more privilege than I did when I was 16, let them suffer like we did. If we allow this, then there will be a line up of cougars at our local high schools.

The kid wasn't 12 and the teacher is hot. Case dismissed - file under 'get a grip on reality'

If that kid was me at that age - I wouldn't have had half the anxiety chasing girls and trying to figure out what to do when I caught them.

How would I react if my son tapped that at 17 ? I'd be proud as hell.
