I am in my room. I turn off all the heat but the furnace would kick it at 55 degrees which is 13 c . My room is heated my 10 tea light candle and it not bad. They do produce a lot of heat. And at 4 cent a candle I heating my room at 10 cent an hour. That messes up. I'm not cheap I just want to used all these candle up but it is working. The heat I mean.

Candles do put out heat, but there is a fire hazard. I know a guy that rented an apartment out to a nutcase that burned candles 24/7. When she left to live elsewhere, the place was covered in a greasy soot from the candles.
Lol. Actually I am thinking the math is 100 candles for 5,000btu's, so yes, major fire hazard. I was being told a story the other day about how some poor houses used coal to heat their homes way back in the day, and the walls would be covered in black. I'd imagine a similar deal here. If you don't want to pay for heat, a touque, comfy hoodie and thick socks, might help.

No the pipe do not burst because it never more cold then 55 degrees. I have a big house and it heated with oil. So I do not use a lot of it. I find that I can save money with a space heater in my bedroom. It get nice and warm when the other area of the house is cold. Also ya I know candle are dangerous but they do heat up a room. I'm just saying it does work anyways off to boston pizza for ufc.
50 x 10 is 500 not 5000A candle give off 50 btu so 10 would give off 5000 btu which can heat a 100 sq feet room very well.
Not sure where you're getting the value of 50 BTU/hour for a tealight. I believe that's rather low.
A person will give off in the range of 100 BTU. I've seen numbers for candles in that same range (100-250), or as much as 1BTU/second (3600 BTU/hour).
Tealights, while not recommended, can do a decent job of warming a room.
