Took them a week to ID her
Its not like this was a hidden assassination
I would hardly call that "fast"
I would.

Generally murderers who plot their crimes try to cover their tracks.

My guess is that the cops had cctv footage of him getting killed so they knew it was a Uhaul van.

Next, they ask the firm for the names of all its clients in the last couple of years, and the names of those they were suing.

Now a simple cross check.

Bingo, they have a hit on her name.

Then they zero in on her.

Or maybe even simpler, cctv cameras capture a shot of her driving the van.

There are cameras everywhere these days. Absolutely everywhere. From every cell phone to every commercial building to door bells.

I read that the targeted lawyer represented the suspects's son in law in a commercial litigation against her. The hag was just not happy about losing $$big time and decided to avenge her loses. Hope she gets her just desserts.

Global News also learned that this was not the first time Rosen was targeted. Police in 53 division investigated an incident a few years ago when a woman attacked him by throwing acid on him. An arrest was never made after that incident.

Sources told Global News that investigators believe Rosen was being stalked for a number of days prior to the hit-and-run homicide.

Meanwhile, Anh appeared in court on Wednesday for her first appearance.

Global News learned that Rosen represented Castleform Development, a corporation run by Peter Voong, who is the son-in-law of the woman charged, Anh Thu Chiem, in a commercial lawsuit in 2018.

Representatives for Castleform argued there was an oral agreement to develop land in Etobicoke owned by Chiem’s mother, Chau Chiem. But Voong, Chiem and her mother disagreed over the terms agreed upon.

On Jan. 10, 2019, a judge ordered that Anh and Chau pay Castleform Development $37,000 and dismissed a countersuit. The judge called it “an unfortunate matter that has the undertones of a failing family relationship.”

She will find a defense lawyer who will argue NCR due to mental illness, Autism, Covid, drunkenness, all of the above.
defence lawyers are lining up to be retained by her right now

PS - oops sorry I thought she killed her own lawyer but maybe it was the opposing party lawyer
