Ok so I think I am making some progress, I found a telegram channel that responded to me and looks like Taipei the ladies predominantly provide out call service.
From my conversation with the Agency that responded to me is that Japanese and Taiwanese-Chinese girls are outcall, they will go to you. Thai girls are at the incall.
The donation for Japanese girls are super expensive and some are JAV actresses.
They are like 2000 an hour for the JAV actresses.
The Local ladies are more reasonable at a about 215 to 300 for a house long appointments are available.
I told the agency that I am with family so I can't have an ladies come to my place so they recommend and Drive in Motel that you can book rooms for 3 hours. So a love hotel.

I went by today and the place is huge. I didn't go in but they do not have a front entrance, you have to drive in.
The place actually looks pretty cool from the pictures.
I only have a couple of days left here in Taipei and my schedule is packed with Family, so I won't be able to check out the local talent.
