Taboo Dancers

I haven't been lately to Taboo and hence I don't know many dancers but when I was there two months ago I met the following to recommend:

Theo - She got my attention for her rare looks. She has a body full of Tatoo and is a short haired brunette/blonde (brownish) with both sides of her head shaven!!!. Nice friendly lady likely in her mid to late 20's.

Taboo regulars please expand on dancers.

ps - I do not engage in anything other than watching nude dancers or anything other than private dances at the club when requested by dancers and do not encourage or promote anything other than private dance with recommended dancers in the Champagne Room at the club.

In my latest visit to Taboo two months ago Ellie/Allie was not there though it was daytime on Friday. She used to be daytime dancer but last year on one Saturday evening she was there too.

Anyone have any input what Sundays are like at Taboo? Could one expect an adventurous atmosphere similar to that of weekdays? Wondering if it would be worth the trip out there one quiet Sunday evening. Seems like it would be a good way to top off the weekend.

Also, anyone know if Diva (aka Lacey from BP) still works there? I've only been back once or twice in the past few years since I moved but I haven't see her. Knowing she's still there would definitely cause me to start visiting it more regularly again.

Decided to walk across to Taboo as the bar across from Taboo became very quiet mid-day. I saw about half a dozen dancers all sitting and chatting with patrons who to my initial surprise were all sitting at the bar (later I realized why. There was no stage dancing at all).

One lady by the name of London who was the youngest (about 20) among all dancers got my attention and when she came to me i took her to the CR which btw has become very private at Taboo. She is from Halifax and with Brown skin (likely of mix race) with cute face. She is recommended if you like cuteness and mileage. She said she is there every day and didn't mind me reviewing her. Btw, I remember I read someone somewhere asked about Allie. She is there at Taboo. Btw, Taboo has the least expensive drinks among all strip bars in NCR.

Yes a few months ago also I was there and a dancer tried to cover the CR with a towel screen and I asked her politely to please remove the cover as it made me nervous as I became paranoia about cops walking in accidently (I know very unlikely). Hate to be caught for something I wasn't doing lol!!!!!!.

I think the danger of that is very low. I remember a few years ago a bouncer type guy would walk into the CR to see what was going on etc, but now with the towels I don't think they bother anymore. As well, if it is like other QC clubs the DJ has a code word to use to let the dancers know that the police are in the club. Taboo is the kind of place that in the afternoons is either for old men to drink 2 for 1 50 or men with a purpose who like the fact that there are towels there. You don't go there for drop dead gorgeous women who will just tease you.

Yes true but my danger tolerence level when it comes to breaking the law is zero (likely why I drink water in strip bars even though I love wine). Also the worst part is to be caught for something that I wasn't doing lol. So I told her that we will not be doing anything other than a private dance and no need for cover and asked her to please remove the towel screen.

That is true too. Lots of 70+ gentlemen there but sometimes there is a cutie or two in this relatively high mileage bar too (like Theo reviewed before or even London currently there). Not drop dead gorgeous by any measure or even close to it but it is good to drop by for a change and inexpensive drinks once in a while. Besides if Barefax succeeds in forcing the new Champagne Room fee, then in a year or two I anticipate that Taboo will remain the only bar without such fee which in that case will be the only one I will frequent (like Cloe Patra in Montreal I think is the only bar now without a Champagne Room fee in Montreal)

Do not invent laws. As far as I know contact dancing above the belly is not illegal but lap dancing is. Watching stage dancing is not illegal either. This is not some backward country in ME where even touching/seeing a strand of hair on a women is illegal even though some elements in the former conservative regime wished it to become one but they were voted OUT massively.

And with all priorities and crystal clear illegal activities like BB whatever services which maybe conducted with forced and trafficked and underage or pimped in other sectors you really think LE is after private dances or a few consenting hugs or maybe kisses in a fully licenced LEGAL establishment (in strip bars and dance bars) between consenting adults which nowhere is defined as illegal? where I have seen them walking in and out on more than one occasion at both Barbs and Barefax?. It is like saying tobacco smoking in public parks is breaking the law too with so many clearly illegal hidden crack houses around.!!!!!!!!!. Seriously!!!!!!!

Wondering just what the current legislative/legal situation is vis-a-vis 'lapdancing'?

I had the impression that there was a supreme court decision many years ago that (after clarification) in fact explicitly allowed 'lapdancing', prohibiting only contact (touching) of the genital and anal areas of the dancer as well as any contact of the exposed genitalia of the 'client'. Not sure if this has been superseded, although I'm guessing that the extremely broad reach (at least potentially) of the C-36 bill may have rendered obsolete the decision I'm recalling. As far as Ottawa goes, I'm unsure what restrictions may be imposed by municipal bylaws, but had the vague sense that some of the bolder restrictions were scaled back when the 'wall height' regulation went into force.

I am no lawyer but I think that the technical paper related to C36 prohibits lap dancing. Nowhere in there it prohibits above belly contact and kisses or hugs between consenting adults or we will be as good as some banana republic in ME. Touching genitals of course was illegal even before C36. Again I am no lawyer but I think Federal laws supersedes municipal laws.

Yawn. I'm now 50 and I often cross a street at places that aren't crosswalks. Uh oh!?! Respect and discretion will take you a long way in your adventures at a strip club. It doesn't require a whole lot of thought.

I stopped at Taboo last friday for about 2.5h in the afternoon. Its been a while since I was last there so did not know what has changed. I agree that there is pretty much zero stage dance, there were only 2 dances for the entire time I was there. Drink was dirt cheap and mileage was surprisingly much better, as alluded to in one of the threads. I was a bit disappointed by the level of dancers, most of the patrons were sitting by the bar, so were the dancers. Having stopped there, after having had lunch at nearby Pigales, it was a drastic change of ambience. There were a couple of black dancers, trotting around and trying to chat up the patrons. I did spend some time with 2 of them including Princess, a hot, sexy, slim babe with well toned body.

After a Pigs visit earlier this week in the afternoon I paid a visit to Taboo. They have renovated a little, but I am told its been a few months. Same cheap beer and relatively quiet relaxed atmosphere. Some good looking girls and some not soo good looking girls (to me).

Wound up chatting with Ginger, who I have seen in the past. SHe's been working lout and it shows. Natural redhead. She used to carry some extra weight, but now is slim and looking great!

She is also great in the CR...

Yes i did have Champagne room dances with Ginger the red head over 2 years ago and I never saw her again (I go t Taboo once every couple of months but now I may visit more often). I agree that she is great in the CR, lots of very tight hugs and kisses .

Her and I took our business outside and had great sessions. A bit of a wild one but miss her in some ways but not in others.

Do they still have the lunch time food offerings there?
