He spends $54 Million dollar to promote oil independence by touting windmills...in the meantime he is heavily invested in those.

He just started to lobby congress to make wind power mandatory..any remember Ethanol?

I don't think he is pretending. His main argument is not to save the environment, but to stop relying on the Mideast oil.

..and becoming richer in the process...nothing wrong with that.

However to pretend that wind energy alone will solve future energy needs is dishonest and dangerous.
The solution for our near future energy needs includes a variety of options. Domestic oil, wind, solar, geotherm and nuclear....just to name a few.
