Do female condoms prevent HSV transmission as well as male condoms?
Unfortunately condoms (male or female) do very little to stop the transmission of HSV-1 or HSV-2.
The best way to lower your risk is to not have oral contact with someone who has an active outbreak of cold sores for HSV-1 or have any skin to skin or oral contact with someone who has an active outbreak with genital sores (HSV-2).
If you’re ever wondering why a provider is staring at your package a little too long…we’re probably screening you for sores, but hopefully doing it in the least obvious way possible 🫠😅

I thought you girls were admiring our shafts because it’s so beautiful. Nooooooooooo, you just burst my bubble :-(

I’m not making fun of you, I’m just being sarcastic because I believe that most of the guys actually think that seriously

In the legal brothels back in Oz the lady does a dick check under a strong light prior to ushering you into the shower. I actually liked that. Gave me more confidence going in that I won't get anything.

And it still doesn't ensure safety as one can be in a period of shedding where they can transmit it by skin on skin contact yet have no visible sores.

Yes, more confidence. Not full confidence lol.
Better than not doing it.

Kimoraxox’s & I were always changing condoms in between us and we did it very slick and sensual so it didn’t change the mood. It was just natural and sexy.
I guess , after all the duos we had , we kind of got really good at hiding it or at making it part of the show …
When you got two girls that are genuinely comfortable with eachother and have done duos together before, you can trust that they know what they’re doing.
Aren’t they professional after all ?
Let the pros deal with details.
They have done that before. Many many times ;)

Just saw this, and wanted to add a little.

Think we as a community need to be a little more forthcoming with info when newer people say or request something that is unsafe, or could have been researched.

We were all new once, and this is really the only place to find any good consistent info in Ottawa.

They’re going to contribute a lot more if they’re not roasted for their lack of knowledge of hobbying.

Probably going to take some flack for this, sorry. Thanks to those who agree and don’t rake me over the coals.

I would just ask all parties to give OP some grace. The request wasn't the main focus of the fantasy, and was likely just a brain fart. I have to admit that when I first started I asked for something unsafe that I saw in porn. I didn't even realize what I was actually saying until a companion pointed it out, at which point I immediately rescinded my request. What is obvious in hindsight isn't always so obvious when you've been watching people in porn do it that way for potentially years. It doesn't make the request better, and it doesn't help companions who are being challenged on safety and limits all the time, but I also don't think OP is a monster.
