I've been to several nude beaches here in North America and Europe strictly for research purposes. I noticed in a few cases the woman would wear a top but no bottom. Apparently, they wear a top so their boobs wouldn't bounce around too much.
One sees all kind of combinations and permutations on a nude beach.
1) Female is completely nude.
2) Female is topless only.
3) Female is bottomless only.
4) Female is clothed
5) Female is clothed but her male partner is nude.
6) Female is nude but her male partner is clothed.

This is a splitting image of what I saw at our local pool a few years ago.

Many years ago work took me to Brazil on several occasions. Man that was one scary place. Almost every morning you would hear on the radio they found a few headless bodies on the street.
Anyway, I would pay a visit to the local beach. Technically, it wasn't a nude beach but some of the ladies wore "micro" bikinis and a few wore "string" bikinis.

I overheard this conversation at our local pool a few years ago.
Lifeguard to woman: We don't allow 2 piece swimsuits here.
Woman: Which piece should I remove?
