So water is obvious, but I wonder how long it takes for this food to change the taste? How much time planning if it's not your regular diet? lol
Thanks for the psa D'arcy! I've prescribed to this for years, just to be a helpful guy to my ladies. Pineapple is #1 in my diet, if I know my lady likes the load. On top of that, kiwi and honey are nice additions to the diet. It's always nice hearing that my load is sweet, as she smacks her lips and milks every last drop from me. Never been a swallower since my teenage years. I had a bad experience one time as a teenager. I gave my bf a bj before math class and swallowed for the first time and when I got to math class I started burping....burping up semen.

I know if you give yourself about 24 hours of super hydrating and drinking pineapple juice it does make a difference. But with the food stuff that kind of needs to be a bit more of a consistent thing.
