Hamas shot up a civilian car a couple weeks ago. Just before that they praised an attack on another civilian car. In January Hamas praised one of their members killing and praised the Charlie Hebdo attackers. Last November they praised the murder of an Israeli infant and an attack on a synagogue.
And to make things 100% clear, while Israeli authorities are asking for calm and pursuing the perpetrators...

No I did not suggest that, I suggested they should have assisted the PA (who is their alleged peace partner) to maintain control over Gaza as per the request of the legitimate executive authority over Gaza at the time.
