Another gift the hawks gave the patriots was that guy that went offsides when the patriots were pinned at the one yard mark. That penalty got them to the 6th yard line and the game. Maybe it wouldn't have matter but it gave the hawks one last hope.
I feel bad for the Seahawks and listening to the interviews from the players and head coach they are handling it pretty well. These guys are pros they'll be back to contend next year, just sucks the way it ended.
I thought there were 2-3 times in the 2nd half when Wilson (with his skills) should have ran the ball. There was room to run and it would have messed up the Pat's defense.
I was also surprised that NE did not call a time out before the interception. there was about 40 seconds left and if Seattle scored, that was enough to get in field goal range.
