In Canada, is an impaired over 80 conviction summary or indictable?
I have googled it, but it is vague.

I am asking in the context of a record suspension... 5 year waiting period vs. 10 year waiting period.

An impaired charge is indictable in Canada. In Ontario, the waiting period begins once you have completed the Back on Track program and have paid any outstanding fines.
