Over the holidays I was in the states and stopped at a place for a quick rub to sooth my aching bones. While it wasn't the best rub there was one very nice thing that I haven't seen before.

They had a crockpot in the room with nicely warmed wet towels and also warmed alchohol towels to clean up whatever needed cleaning. It was a nice touch after a nice touch, wouldn't mind seeing more of this. I'll buy the crockpot

Visit the New Inner Image, they've been providing this since they recently moved to their new location. It adds a nice warm final touch.
