You sound very fishy as i don't see any active girls on seeking other than 30+ years , and it shows only 10-50 girls which have logged in in last 2 weeks for Toronto . lol
SA is a dead site and they have a monthly subscription of 27 cad . they dont charge any credits.
Yep...took a look too...dead...also lots of fat girls classify themselves as average so even less to choose from with the slim and athletic filter on

- Send out a bunch of intro messages to girls you're interested in. Make it specific to the girl rather than just "Hey". Understand that a bunch of them won't respond.
- If the girl is just giving you one word answers or if something doesn't feel right, don't proceed. If she isn't asking any questions about you at all and things feel too easy, don't proceed.
- The girls you want are the ones engaging in actual conversation and are keen to meet up within the next few days. Then move to texting and make sure she knows what you're interested in.
- Pick a bar close to your place in case she bails. This is also convenient if things go well and she's open to coming to your place.
Great advice and in some ways no different than if you're seeing an SP, you may have your favourite(s) but don't get too hung up on them, there are a lot of other guys out there. I've met girls that if I was young and single, would likely seriously date them, then there are some that are content with hooking up with multiple guys as long as they're attracted to them.
I'd add that if trying the SB thing out, avoid every profile that only has one photo. No matter how hot you think the photo is.
