Nice! Thats the thing.... SB can spend 2-4 hrs for the PPM rate and it becomes less transactional imho. I hope i will stick to one and not keep chasing.
From your experience, what are common red flags i should avoid?
I have the SB thing down to a science, frankly. Seen over 50 by now and some legit 10s.

People can decrease the chances of something unprotected by cleaning before & after and some SPs/clients don't do that. YMMV. I'd say not that different than picking something off the floor and eating it. The 5 second rule doesn't work on how bacteria/virus work.
Women can get UTIs, etc. from digits because the person didn't wash their hands once they arrived or even if cash was handed and nobody washed their hands. Kids are often sick at times because they touch their face and put fingers in their mouth. UTIs are pretty common from anything bare and you can reduce that by washing prior to.
I believe the school boards today for sex ed inform older kids to wash areas prior to oral sex including rimming and some conservative parents are freaking out about it being taught at school lol.
Many ladies on LL generally are only offering safe play now because people get tired of going to the doc getting antibiotics and stuff. You could be a smoker and use some oral wash and still pass something. And some guys I suppose being trade workers even with their hands washed can still have things under the nails that perhaps didn't get cleaned and passed it along. Seeing SB's just has more of a personal touch. There is no booking appointments or having to leave once your time is up. For me and my experiences it's more of a fwb relationship where we go out on regular dates and I buy her gifts and provide her with experiences and in return I get my dick sucked without any strings attached. If you find a good SP she can kinda become a SB if she's into doing things other than sex like going for dinner dates, walks, hikes, etc. Probably become a regular then ask if she's offering additional services. Most SBs will probably lie saying you're the only SD they are seeing unless they get enough of a monthly allowance that fulfills their needs/wants. And that's not to say even if you were dropping $1K a month or more she could get greedy and want more.
