Thanks for the heads up gtbg. I called them today, and they told me nobody was working in Sudbury until Thurs or Friday, when Jessica and Tammy will be available. Then I called Jessica (just to check if she's the same one)... not working until Thurs.

Then I tried Jenn (see earlier in this threat), and she told me it's "that time of the month", and could I call her later this week?. So I called a couple of other numbers... no answers.
