And outcalls are legal for the actual SP who does use support staff - it is only illegal for those who work with her.
The only way to do things legally in Canada is to work in total isolation making it as dangerous as possible. That was the whole basis of the charter challenge. All SP's should be able to work with others or using their own incall locations.
Our laws make no sense and must be overturned. Hopefully that happens soon.
