From the bread, you have the meats - processed and 'formed' chicken. All the meat and cheese is. I've not been in a Subway for years. I cut out all wheat a few yrs back, and its incredible the extra weight you lose, and how your body and joints feel better.
Years ago I ate a 9 grain sub from Subway, it went through me like Sri Lankan curry. Lesson learned, I never ate at Subway again and I installed a bide.
I've cut my intake of carbs by 80% and I feel the difference. I've lost weight, have more energy and am more limber. I've had to improvise on food, eggs sunny side up can be gross eaten without bread. The only carbs I eat these days are tortillas or brown rice if at all. I'll have to switch to potatoes in winter, that will make it harder to lose weight but I'll need to drink less milk.
I'll also have to do something about the cancer sticks. I've been hiking the Humber Trail lately from Bindertwine Park, the McMichael section has a steep hill at the start. I'm usually winded by the time I get to the top.
