I used to hate subtitled TV and Movies but over the last 10 years I have grown to enjoy them and it's opened up a lot of great foreign shows that I previously wouldn't have watched. Watching foreign shows dubbed in English is just shite, and I will use Money Heist as a prime example.

I know there are a few Fauda fans on here as I mentioned in it another thread. It's an Israeli produced TV crime drama series that follows the experiences of an Israeli counter-terrorism unit. It wins all the awards in Israel and Rotten Tomatoes gives it 100% every season. Netflix just released season 4 which I believe will be the final year. It's 12 episodes a season and episodes are 35-50 minutes long. It's gripping and violent and moves at a hectic pace most of the time. Give it a try using the Hebrew dialogue with English subtitles. I find that most British tv series are hard to follow because of the accents and the speed at which they usually talk and the use of colloquial phrases. The crime series Bulletproof was one example but by enabling closed captioning I found it much more enjoyable because I didn't miss as much of the dialogue as before.
