You need to pass several tests and sometimes a medical to get a licence. Hours, months and sometimes years of training to qualify for a job. Many religions require a "course" (or is it curse !!LOL) to get married........ but nothing is required to ensure competence is present in those shaping the mind of our children....

I've always thought you should have to take a pill to get pregnant and a couple should go through a qualification process - not unlike a mortgage application to get the pill.

One of the saddest things is to see street people having children.
They can't even take care of themselves, there should be a law that they can't have children.

I see parents smoking in a car all the time with kids in the car with them . Shows how much they care or they are not smart enough to realize they are affecting the health of their kids.
