Houston woman who says she is a stripper is being sued in small claims court by one of her customers.

Her stage name is Nomi. She says she works in a Houston strip club and admits she went out a few times with one of her customers.

Now that customer, Robert, is suing her.

“I’ve never heard of a customer suing a stripper,” Nomi said. “I just don’t understand how this person can sue me for money that he freely gave. I would never have even taken it had I known I had to pay it back.”

Wow. The quality of reporting here approaches the sensationalism of the Sun.

He thought he had a "relationship", but obviously didn't. Now he wants his money back. Sounds like a weak case. If he paid her as a stripper for services received, that's gone. If he gifted her, that's gone.

She sounds equally messed up. She went out with him (outside the club, I presume). Yet, she calls him a "customer". So was she working on those "dates"? Or, is this another example of a working girl using her "work" as a convenient excuse for poor behaviour?

Whatever. A good lesson for guys who want to get involved with industry girls. Not all, but some, are bad apples.

The rules of normal society don't apply here. Sometimes a "gift" is payment, or a payment is a "gift". Even that loan that you agreed upon as being a loan (with papers drawn)...could well end up being a gift because she says so (or just forgets about it while she's taking that much deserved vacation in the Maldives). What a life....

They had some kind of a relationship, her occupation makes no difference.
He's a fool who doesn't have the intelligence to move on and now he's wasting a court's time.

I don't see how he think he's entitled to any compensation. Either they went out on actual dates, and his purchases would be seen as gifts, as they would in any other dating scenario. Or they went out on the clock and he paid for her services.

You don't buy a relationship. I can feel sympathy for the guy if he feels cheated and played; but lesson learned!

A contract is a contract, whether or not tits are included. Enforcing a contract is another matter. Even winning doesn't recover squat. You need to go to discovery only to find the best you can do is have judgment that will show when she applies for a loan. You can renew it also and have it stay on record. But not many people know or want to go through that.

So now and in the future, her kids, potential life mates will all see who and what she is. Talk about not being too smart. With the internet these days with sites like "the&irty" these grifters need to pick better marks.

That is what happens in break ups. She is bad because she is stripper. Period! Who cares about facts???? LOL
For most people this is true, whether it be stripper, tugger or whore. Many people lump women who earn money off of men by giving them sexual stimulation into a group. Those that KNOW realize that there is a difference between someone that EARNS her money to someone who takes.
Her being outed is a result of her actions, not the fact that she shows her tits. The mere fact that she does indeed show the goods makes it newsworthy, it doesn't detract from the fact that she "expects" gifts and money from men. This to me is the lowest form of women, PERIOD!
