La la land
I need some advice and help.

It seems at work they are trying to get rid of me by not giving me a raise, giving me bad performance review, saying , there will be big changes here and so, all from my bosses.

If they want me out why don't they just give me a package?

Can I walk away with a package claiming to much abuse and causing to much stress on me?

They don't own the company, a bunch of ethnic clowns and their are trying to get in.

I am not the only one they are targeting, there is also the previous people from where were bought out or reclaimed.

Any advice?
You can PM with what you did or some did?

Thanks.

My advice is ignore the threats and continue doing your job to the best of your ability. I have been in a few jobs like this, and for me anyways, it always seems to pass with time.

Because that would cost too much.

If you walk away, you'll get no package.

Well, if they're the management team, they may not own the company but they may run it. More information needed.

A1player's advice is good - keep your head down, your mouth shut, do your job to the best of your ability and carry on. I'd only add one thing: record everything. Keep copious notes about who said what, in what circumstance and so forth. It might come in handy if an unlawful dismissal case comes out of all this.

Very, very good advice. Do not forget this part.

My suggestion would be to start looking for another job. If they are out to get rid of you, it's better to leave with something to go to. If they simply don't appreciate what you contribute to the company, go to an employer where you will be appreciated. Possibly the threat of your departure may cause them to appreciate you.

I've been there, about 15 years ago. I stuck with it and in hindsight it was a mistake. After a while my confidence was affected and I really didn't want to go to work. Family and friends who saw what was happening advised me to look for something else, but I didn't listen. I was let go after a couple of years of that. Sure, I got a package, but it wasn't much, certainly not worth the shit I went through to get it.

Life's too short to be in a situation where you're not happy.

Good luck, whatever you do.

Some solid advice has been given here. Taking notes of everything that has transpired MIGHT help you, but only in the short term. FWIW, here's my opinion.

Let's take a longer view on things. Eventually, who do you think will tough this out longer: you or them? You're not making their life miserable, so they have no reason to leave. And let's face it: while you're there, working under them, you will have no chance to grow at your job, learn, etc. These things might cost you in ways you can't immediately measure. Can you even picture being stuck in this work environment forever? Will this job give you everything you want / need in the long term? If yes, then you can put your head down, protect yourself (hopefully), and put up with it. If not, then you need to get out before you commit any more of your valuable time, which could be spent at another workplace where you could be gaining experience and be considered for promotions.

There is always the possibility that these idiots will run the operation into the ground. Where would that leave you? Or if they lay off everybody? They may even unfairly fire you some day. But would you be able to financially support the lawsuit over a period of years? And could it give you enough money in the long run? I know the financial crisis leaves few ports in the storm, but sitting still and praying you won't sink is a passive approach. Be proactive; get yourself to safety and don't gamble your future.

Solid advice here as well. I would agree to get out, when the right opportunity comes along. But keep in mind, it is better working even in a shitty job than having no job to go to. Tough it out for a bit, but keep your options open should something new come up.
