True, but he was a junkie on heroin earlier. My point was the potency of drugs has increased since the days Keith Richards was doing needle drugs.

That's their point. When these idiots are mixing a batch to make pills, they pour the powder into a jar, add some fentanyl, shake it up then pour the powder into the moulds to press the pills. Not exactly a precise way to make them. Some pills end up with 1 mg of fentanyl, some with 2 mg. 1 mg you get high, 2 mg, you die. It's a modern version of Russian roulette.

During 2022, there were a total of 7,328 deaths from opioid overdose in Canada, 2,342 of which occurred in the province of British Columbia.
