No Nut November is total bullshit according to doctors. It's just part of the ongoing obsession with masculinity that assholes like Jordan Peterson foster.
This guy has the opinion that the pleasure from masturbating is different than the same internal body experience occurring with an actual partner. So masturbating - unlike real sex (his words) give you a high like a drug and that is bad. So pornography should be banned as it leads to unhealthy voyeurisms and possibly rape/ murder. If you are ugly, enduring sexual frustration, take up knitting. (Or rape as the real thing is healthier than masturbating).
