There's a lesson to be learned here for OTB, being the #1 company, having tons of cash means FUCK ALL in the grand scheme of things.
But I suspect, we'll still be hearing from him about their stock performance, the amount of cash they have and how it's more than 124 countries put together on a good day of stock trading/price, along with 6 sheep, 5 cows and about 50 donkeys from a small tribe in the middle of Nigeria.

I feel bad for Jobs and wish him well. I expect Apple to do very well for some time to come yet, but they have lost a great visionary and will find it much more difficult to be as innovative as they would be under Jobs.

The company has reached an amazing level with the leadership of Jobs, I think it's relevant to measure success... I think so.

The man has had an amazing impact, on technology (Apple) on entertainment (Pixar)....

So point is, sure there`s a "lot of money at that table" but even your beloved Jobs would probably give it all up in place of his illness.
Maybe you`ll learn something from it, but I doubt it.
Don`t forget your post about how Apple surpassed Exxon for one day, or the post about it having more money than the government (how sad for your country btw).

So you measure success by comparing all the money at the table in relation to other countries? Interesting, I guess that was something taught at biz` school.
