Yep. Put that fanboy in place guys.

As you can see fanboy 5hummer, more and more people are coming to this thread and being critical toward your posts. Hmm... That should tell you something.

Like you're the one and not me that needs to do that 'research' perhaps? :D
You are funny stevie~, desperately piggy-backing on others, instead of coming up with your own 'intelligent, logical' arguments

Apple and Steve Jobs loves you stevie~

How old are you Steve? This is so childish, you have to learn to let go at some point. Do you even remember what you're arguing about, or do you just want to be one up all the time?:eyebrows:

No he was brutally ARROGANT.
Nothing wrong with that. His legacy speaks for itself.

Apple is gonna go down in the long run anyway considering the products the competitors have now.
What comes up, must come down. But, Apple will be competitive for a number of years -- thanks to Steve Jobs!

Ha! The next iphone is FORCED to have a bigger screen or else it will bite the dust.
Yes, steve~, you must be a tech expert. Can you ship me the new iPad3 & iPhone5 prototypes please.

I don't have to be a tech expert to know that bigger screens are the in thing now and Apple better catch up. Some of you fanboys complained that the 4S was no different than the 4 on the outside. They were expecting a new look and now EXPECT to get it with the next model. The competitors are pushing this bigger screen trend with their phones (the Galaxy II etc..) FIRST and BEFORE them.

So too bad for you that when the iphone5 does have a bigger screen it will be because they were forced to give it one due to the competition doing it FIRST and not because they were trying to be innovative with their screen.

It will also be a 'ho hum' advancement in design because the competition already have "been there done that".

Are you sure about that? :eyebrows: Sounds like 'wishful fanboy thinking' coming from you.

Like I said, you're a real 'tech expert' and a great ANALyst, funny. The competitors are just copying Apple. Especially Samsung (since they supply parts to Apple)

Competition is still playing catch up. Can you say iPhone 4S?

Stevie~ ... Stevie~ ... Stevie~ ... you have to do more research.
It seems you have a habit of disregarding information, articles, statistics, etc., etc.

Maybe, you should drop that shovel and pick up a Dr. Seuss book.

And you'll assert Apple hasn't copied from anyone right? Either way the new Galaxy phone is STILL better. Heck.. Every iphone is 25% Samsung parts. Your master's company doesn't even build their own phones.

Look at the fanboy blinded by the sales numbers folks.

Too bad for him he ignores all the complaints by said buyers since then. :p Still my point stands. The iphone5 will have a bigger screen because it 'has' to instead of it wanted to. Big difference in terms of who is leading in design. sure Apple may have started it, but the competitors have finished it or at least pulled ahead right now. Ha!!

Actually there are many children that may not want them mentioned in their group.

I will never "get" this war between those who like Apple products and those who do not. Do I care if someone uses a different blender, or even drives a different car? I don't give a shit. If you don't like Apple products, don't buy them.

Talk of Apple being "forced" into adopting a bigger screen, or anything for that matter, seems to miss the point as far as I can see. The company has behaved in a very consistent and predictable way. They have never been about having the biggest screen, fastest processor, etc. They have been about controlling the customer's experience from end to end and ensuring that the experience is seamless and even elegant. They release products when they're sure they work. I understand that many computer afficianados cherish the "open" approach of Microsoft and Google. But Steve Jobs was right when he bet there are many people who don't care how it works...they just want it to work.

I took the advice of my more " tech-knowledgeable" relatives and friends for years. They warned me away from Apple saying that the products were geared for dummies, that Apple was all about controlling every aspect of computing. You know what? The guy who designed my toaster was also all about control. He had the temerity to force me to toast the bread the way he envisioned it should be toasted. So what? It works and that's all I care about. I don't care to have the freedom to tinker with the way the toaster works. I now use an iphone, AppleTV and ipad, and I wish I'd started using Apple stuff years earlier.

Well thanks stevie~, didn't I provide you this info? Talk about lazy ...

...Look at the fanboy blinded by the sales numbers folks.
Well stevie~, you are more than welcome to provide us with a statistic for success? Even better, explain a successful tech rollout?

Please feel free to write up a tech article stevie~. Since you seem to know so much, especially Apple! We know you are a closet Apple Geek!

Look in the mirror because your words apply to yourself.
Uhhhh ... ya ... very ... mature stevie~. Or is it very manure stevie~.

Very telling your response to manutdforever, calling both of us childish. I simply ask him to explain himself while you try to toss an insult about his posting history in a lame attempt to discredit him.

I guess his words cut a bit 'too close' to the bone concerning yourself to make you do that right?

Well thanks stevie~, didn't I provide you this info? Talk about lazy ...
Trying to take credit for what you had nothing to do with I see. Sorry fanboy but Google provided the info NOT you.

Well stevie~, you are more than welcome to provide us with a statistic for success? Even better, explain a successful tech rollout?
The success of Apple's tech sales has EVERYTHING to do with their 'marketing' and nothing more fanboy. The customers buy because the MARKETING is 'designed to brainwash' consumers into thinking they 'want' said product when in reality they really don't need it most of the time. You do know what 'want vs need' is right? Usually the best Marketing is designed to make folks only remember the 'want' while forgetting the 'need' at the same time.

I also see another poster already gave you an analogy by using FauxNews to show you sales numbers can be deceitful in terms of quality. Meaning Yeah FauxNews has the highest ratings.. but any hump with half a brain knows the end product news they sell is crud.. In regards to Apple.. Yeah they have high phone sales, but that does NOT mean the iphone is the best out there. The fact that you can't concede that point STILL is laughable.

Please feel free to write up a tech article stevie~. Since you seem to know so much, especially Apple! We know you are a closet Apple Geek!
You're stupid to assert the next iphone won't have a bigger screen. Fact is after the complaints from many in your fanboy flock about the same old design for the 4S Apple has no choice but to do something.. And the logical first thing is screen size considering what the competition ALREADY has done FIRST. Yep. Keep denying or insisting I'm wrong just because I'm not a tech writer.. You better hope I'm wrong or I'll put this post back in your face once the phone does come out and proves my point.

Idiot. I don't have to be a pornstar to know how to fuck good just like i don't have to be a tech writer to see that Apple has to increase the iphone screen size for the iphone5.

You still look stupid thinking bold type makes you right.

If you ask them they probably don't know why they're arguing at this point, it's become an ego thing now, you know, whose dick is bigger kind of thing, a male thing. You can't give any credence to their arguements now, it's become personal and emotional, so time to ignore this thread.

And ignore 5hummer's weak points as well.

But alas.. We know the fanboy can't stop himself.
It's funny, you can't seem to post any valid concrete points -- all you can say is "fanboy" "fanboy" ...

I know it's getting close to winter, and you have to shut down the farm (no more cow-tipping). But, please take some time and come up with something more concrete than "fanboy" Stevie~

Nothing wrong with that. His legacy speaks for itself.
To me, he'll be known as a arrogant douchebag who claimed to be Buddhist and parked in handicapped spots.
As for legacy, he copied and got ideas from everyone else and just implemented them and slapped the Apple logo on it. "Designed in America.............Made in China"

Yes, steve~, you must be a tech expert. Can you ship me the new iPad3 & iPhone5 prototypes please.
Well, if this is anything to go by...
