Figured that. I would say 75% of the CL ADS can be compared to the Ottawa Sun. Very risky - stick with what you know - its the only way to go.

CL is even worse than the Sun.
At least the women from the Sun phone in an ad and PAY for it. Then they do some kind of sex with the guys who respond. At some level they are doing the sex trade.
There are some young, (or older) women who are posting CL ads just for fun, to jerk people around for kicks, like LadyLuvr suggests. I fell for one woman's pitch a couple of months ago. Drove twice way out to the far east end, and nobody showed up. Got a crappy excuse about cell phone problems both times. I was going to post about it, but by then, the ad was gone, so what was the point.
Even worse are the scams where they're trying to get your credit card info or something like that.
I still dabble in the Sun once in a while, but CL, fuggedabowdit.
