Check out his wordpress page and decide for yourself whether you take this man seriously. (Whether you do or don't is fine. I'm all for freedom of expression, but I definitely have the opposite worldview.)

Any scammers should be afraid of who they are scamming but most often than not they don’t know who it is they are scamming. Regardless of gender & race. Now you are generalizing that scammers are working with black men, how do you know or even come to this conclusion?

I don't deny that this is part of it. There are also circumstances where the SP is "with" a black man and he doesn't want her seeing other black men. Racism is everywhere, and I have no time for racists, but it's not a given that SPs who don't see black men are all inherently racist.
