Discovery is unwatchable. Picard is very much like Discovery. I want to like Picard, but the writing is horifyingly bad.

But Strange New Worlds has restored my faith in Star Trek.

As a huge Star Trek fan I find them all boring.
The only thing that makes Star Trek Picard the least bit interesting is the fact that they’ve brought back the two most interesting things about the next generation Q and the Borg.

I have 6 Discovery episodes on my pvr and it's hard to finish .

First 2 seasons were good but as soon as they jumped 900 years into the woke century .

Picard , i think i had 4 episodes left and skipped to last one just to get it over with .

I wanted to like Picard due to my admiration for Patrick Stewart, the writers sold him a raw deal. You can't expect an 80 actor to carry a franchise, even if he is almost as talented as Christopher Plummer.

Discovery is a disaster, it fell into a black hole after they killed off Jason Isaacs. They brought in Gregory Peck's grandson as Mr Spock and totally wasted him. The films were just as bad, Chris Pine doesn't have the lightning charisma of a Great Shat.

Due to this I haven't watched Brave New World yet...have they gone back to Gene Roddenberry vision?

Isaacs nearly became 007, Spielberg lobbied for Daniel Craig.
