They couldn't stop Brent Spiner from aging. So I’m still trying to watch this.
Admittedly it does get better after a couple seasons.
But am still depressed at how old everyone is.
One question though, but why does Data appear older too?
Because Brent Spiner still wanted to get paid and not be replaced by a younger CGI clone like Leia and Luke did?So I’m still trying to watch this.

The original Data sacrificed himself in ST: Nemesis. Before he did this, he downloaded his entire consciousness onto another one of his creator's android, B-4.So I’m still trying to watch this.

Spoiler Alert:I'm loving this third season. It doesn't feel like the Star Trek The Next Generation, but it does feel like the Next Gen movies.
One of the things that kind of annoyed me about S1 and S2 is that they sort of ignored the fact that everyone (especially Patrick Stewart) is old, and it kinda weakened my suspension of disbelief. This season, he's an old man playing an old man. It's working for me.
The visuals are amazing, and the score is really good too. It's paying so much honour to Jerry Goldsmith in particular. For the first time in ages, I'm watching a show that I'm so eager for the next week's ep, that I'm rewatching the previous episodes. The scene at the museum I've watched and re-watched over and over. It's truly fantastic.
