Stable long term investment

I'm looking to put some money long term into something stable, no crazy fluctuations, long term. I was suggested by my bank to do GICs at 4.5%, which seems good.
Just looking for other suggestions if there are any.

HISA etf's.
Horizon's one ticker is CASH.
It's paying 5.29 right now I think.
Distributes monthly.
Buy it like any other ETF.

There are a few others, all work the same way.
