SPs and Erectile Dysfunction

Hi guys,

I'm new to the forum and have never hired SPs before. I'm interested in starting, but there is one special consideration for me: I deal with a somewhat advanced case of erectile dysfunction. My case requires me to inject my penis with medication (alprostadil) between 5 and 20 min before having sex. I have some newbie questions about this:

1. Do you think the average SP would be uncomfortable or otherwise take issue with me injecting at their residence on incalls? Could even just asking them about this make them reluctant to take me on as a client? I could of course find a place nearby their incall location to inject at previously, but this introduces additional logistical complications. If I inject at their place, I would of course take the needle and other paraphernalia with me after our session to dispose of properly elsewhere.

2. How common are outcalls where the SP goes to your residence? Having her come over would make it so much easier for me to calmly inject myself before the SP arrives. I ask because I have taken a quick glance at some member reviews and postings and the incall SPs I saw only go to upscale hotels in the downtown area. I'd rather avoid the extra cost of booking a room. I also understand I should avoid LeoList.

Lots of quality SPs seem to only do incalls, which is why I don't want to rule out this option, but of course I need to confirm that it'll be possible in my particular case.

Thank you.

Edit: corrected incall/outcall mix-up.

I only use outcalls since I can inject it in my privacy of my house before SP arrives. I only use few agencies and will avoid independents

Hi Gator,

Understood. Just some follow-up questions:

1. Why do you avoid independents?
2. Any chance you can recommend the agencies you use?
3. What do you like about those agencies?

Thanks.

My understanding is that a significant % of clients [ even younger ones ] are unable to perform either a significant % of the time or all of the time. If you find a more mature and well-established and well reviewed provider I would be very surprised if they were not very willing to accommodate your situation. If you are able to perform it is better for you and also better for them - and happy satisfied clients are much more likely to repeat which is their favorite type of client.

I am very biased but in my view MATURE providers will likely provide a very much better and more understanding and happy experience .

Plenty of gals do outcalls on a regular basis but they are definitely in the minority.

Meeting the wrong sp, or woman for that matter, she’ll be the cause of your ED. 🤣🧛‍♀️

I would think a blood letting would freak anybody out, especially as a condom might just barely cover the needle hole. I would be careful who you tell.

A guy I know injects his dick with Trimix (Google is your friend) 15 minutes or so before sex and tells me gets a woody that lasts an hour. He is also diabetic so no stranger to needles.

I probably should use it, but not going to...

Imho if there is any chance that there will be blood involved that cannot absolutely be trapped by the condom, the lady should be advised in advance.

My erection lasted 1.5 hours the first time and now it last about 45 mins on average. No side effects like ED drugs.

It is like blood test. there could be a bit of blood after injection but after few mins none. The procedure was explained to me by the urologist.

Not to beat a dead horse, but after a blood test they tell you to not exercise or lift heavy weights for a bit, to avoid further bruising or bleeding.

Does pounding with a rock-hard stiffy count?

Give the injection in the bathroom when you go into shower at the beginning of the session. Take the syringe with you in your pocket when you leave, and the SP never needs to know what you've done in the bathroom.

Seems easy enough, or am I missing something?

BTW, I'm a nearly life long Type 1 Diabetic here who's self injected insulin in the range of 100,000 times in my lifetime with many of the injections on the sly without anyone even knowing.
