I think last month (or two months ago) the spreadsheet was still working on the Snakepitt address above.
Do you know where it is now? If it is not available can somebody post it somewhere. It was really a useful tool.

I have a version which might be of some help. I downloaded it from Google's Dec. 16 2007 cache of the Snakepit spreadsheet (MHTML document, 450k). The Google cache doesn't seem to still be there. I can send it to anyone who wants it, not sure if I can send it via PM or not.

To fill in a couple details on this suggestion: Google offers free access to web-based office suite (e.g. spreadsheet) software.

They say that "Documents and spreadsheets: if they are published, or accessed by invitation, anyone can view them without a Google Account." Which suggests that someone can set up a Google account, input the information, and publish it in a known location. Other "collaborators" could be specified who could also update the spreadsheet.
