Sports streaming

I have been using streaming for years to watch games for free. It seems that most of my "go to" sites are down or unworkable now. I used to use firstrow, strikeout and batmanstream and others , but it looks like they been snuffed. Does anybody have a link or 2 to share that still works for streaming games ( mostly hockey and basketball)??
