The thing women find attractive is confidence. (Note: arrogance is quite different from confidence, and is highly unattractive.)
If you need pointers about what to say, she will quickly pick up that you're trying to impress her, i.e you're afraid of her -- think how you react to a woman who is trying to impress you - you're outta there toot sweet.
If you need a trick, think of the trick as 'focused flirting'. That's where you devote your whole attention to her, because she's an interesting person. Total eye-contact. Actually listening intently to what she says. When you're doing ff, you're never stuck for what to say -- it follows from what she says.
If she doesn't respond, you move on. But if she does respond, you have chemistry. Everything becomes possible.
