Connect with you. If a guy tells me he has been collecting stamps for 27 yrs and currently work as an embalmer, it might be harder for me to find a common ground of interest to discuss.

There is no harm in her asking the questions, you are free to be honest or make some shit up. If she's a pro and providing an enjoyable GFE she wants to make the conversation pleasant and be an engaging partner. It is possible she has some ulterior motive, but do your research and you should be able to avoid it. Why not give her a few bits of truth and see where it takes you.
