So I'm over on the Escorts-Canada website, checking things out. I see the usual bunch of ladies who are in their 20s, but I also notice that the ages of many of the ladies seem to be creeping upwards. It's not uncommon to see ladies who are in their 30s or even their 40s.

I'm not complaining by any means, but what gives? Are ladies staying in the biz longer these days? Or is advertising becoming more "real"? i.e. Are ladies actually starting to put their real ages on their ads now?

There was a time when no lady would advertise her age as being over 30. Routinely we found that "28 years old" really meant "35 years old". Now it seems that ladies aren't afraid to tell the truth. Did something change?

SP's lie about their age, even at the reputable agencies in town. I have seen SP's at well known and well respected agencies in Toronto who were billed as "early 20's" but who were plainly early 30's.

That's my point guys. If SPs routinely lie about their ages, then why are there so many on Escorts Canada that are in their 40s? Does this really mean that there are now a lot of SPs in their 50s now?

I think they are telling the truth about being in their 30's or 40's because they recognize there is a market for women of that age. A lot of older guys don't want a girl in her teens or 20's; they prefer a woman who is more mature, more comfortable in her skin, and who will provide a more companion-like experience. For some older guys, I imagine they're just not interested in a girl who could be their granddaughter and with whom they have nothing in common, so they take on a woman in an age group they can relate to better, for whatever reason. More to talk about, less performance anxiety, less of the dirty-old-man sensation, and in most cases, a more GFE level of service.

I'm 39 and I prefer young spinners, but I have found a clear difference in terms of quality of service that a 30-something offers versus what a 19-year old offers. Even an SP in her mid-late 20's is (generally), more tender and easier to be with than a young, tight, smooth-skinned college girl who doesn't want you to kiss her or snuggle with her or share any kind of intimacy. Not everyone is looking for those 19-20yr olds. The mature ladies are looked for just as much now. I have seen ads for SP's that are in the 55-60 age category.

Another thing to consider is that all kinds of health improvements -- not to mention performance enhancing drugs like Viagra or Cialis -- are pushing up the age of hobbyists too! I'm 48 (with ID to prove it) and I'm still working for guys 10-30+ years older than me just like I was 30 years ago.

But the thing I find weird is that so many younger guys (20s and even younger) seem hellbent on seeing older escorts. I just got back from Toronto, and I don't think I saw a single guy over 30 -- very weird!
