Repeated with her a few weeks ago. Still the same high quality service. Bottom line is treat her like a lady, get her motor going and it will become clear that she really enjoy's her work.
Personality? I'd say she's more of an introvert than an extrovert. But I've only been in a "one on one" environment with her. So who knows. What difference does it make? Either you click with her or you don't. Don't expect to click with every SP you meet and you won't be dissappointed.

I have to admit that its been a while since I saw Sophia but She did Rock My Boat and she seemed to enjoy it too. Sorry you didn't connect but you can't win em all.
