Yeah, they say "We have ways to make you talk!" And then they put on that CCR music at high volume until you crack. If that doesn't work, playing endless loops of the Monkees TV show on a wide screen will break down anybody.

That is the funniest thing I have read in a long time. And all humor has an element of truth in it.
Usually songs overplayed on the radio ruin them for me but I've rediscovered a few that I hated after hearing so many times that I now appreciate.
It was also the most oversung song at Karaoke Bars. Bom Bom Bom.
I'm a huge Queen fan too and I agree. You never hear "Keep Yourself Alive" or "Love of my Life", etc. on the radio.
I'm also surprised that I never hear "The Show Must Go On"....not one of their best songs (imo) but still a pretty big song.

I shit you not, as SOON as I hear the beginning of that I turn the damn radio off.
Anything by Whitney Houston. But I put all my music on a flashdive. I haven't even preset the tuner on my car or house stereos or even turned the tuner on.
Oh yeah, we have a whole season of piped in Christmas muzac coming. But I haven't been to the malls, so I don't miss it.
