Some sicko hacked the Dallas Emergency Warning System

Some depraved individual decided to hack into the Dallas, Texas Emergency Warning System and had the tornado sirens screaming away for several hour in the middle of the night over the weekend - which also blocked up the 911 system.

So very, very funny

The person responsible for doing that put lives in danger. I'd go as far to say you can make an argument for attempted murder.
