hehe... why the flaming fuck they don't propose just putting solar panels on the side of the highway is beyond me. I mean sure, you don't get some no doubt buggy and breakdown-prone lightshow, but you also don't get to worry about drainage, dirt, wear and tear and... just... WTF?
