I read a few airlines are banning the use of lithium-ion battery banks onboard. I hope this break-through will give us an alternative.
I have used lots of PC peripherals made by Elecom and I don't remember a single piece that broke down unexpectedly, so I tend to put a lot of faith in this brand.

I doubt they will have policies for Sodium ion batts for a while.

The energy density of sodium is maybe half that of lithium ion so it won't be a common battery type for a consumer battery bank. Sodium has about the same energy density as LFP batteries and LFP batteries are only used in much larger power banks like the ecoflow river/delta. LFP is also much safer than lithium ion but sodium is even safer.

If airlines have not changed policy for LFP batteries even though LFP have been available for many years, I doubt it will change in the near future for sodium batteries.
